Pricing intelligence is bigger than price
Many B2B SaaS changes appear first as packaging: a capability moves between tiers, an add-on becomes standard, a usage limit changes, or the page leads with a different buyer. Those signals can affect sales objections and positioning even when the displayed price is unchanged.
Preserve the evidence for a sensitive conversation
Pricing claims are easy to misstate. A source-linked record makes it possible to review what the public page showed, when it changed, and which parts of the commercial story moved.
Use monitoring as an input, not an automatic pricing decision
A competitor change is context—not a command. Combine it with customer research, win/loss evidence, willingness-to-pay work, and your own strategy before changing price or packaging.
Frequently asked questions
Questions to resolve before you change the workflow.
Can RSSage automatically diff competitor pricing pages today?
Not yet. RSSage currently monitors RSS or Atom feeds and YouTube channels. This page documents the review workflow while direct webpage diffing remains behind the product-evidence gate.
Will a pricing page alert tell me why a competitor changed?
No public source can guarantee the internal reason. A monitor can show the observed change and related public signals; the implication remains a reviewed hypothesis.
How is this different from a generic website change alert?
A generic alert diffs a page. RSSage currently follows public RSS or Atom feeds and YouTube channels, then organizes published updates into a source-linked competitive review. Arbitrary webpage diffing is not a current product capability.
